SUMMARY:Tree Of Giving
DESCRIPTION:The Poultney Woman’s Club invites you to join in making the holiday more festive for local children and seniors by participating in the annual Tree of Giving project. By visiting the Giving Tree you can choose a name and have fun shopping for toys and/or needed items\, such as clothes and shoes. \nThis annual holiday campaign is sponsored by the Poultney Woman’s Club and supported by the area community. \nThe Tree of Giving will be at the Original Vermont Store\, in Poultney\, VT\, and will be available Monday\, Nov. 18th\, through Saturday\, Dec. 14th. Women’s Club members will be available from 12-4 p.m. on Mondays through Fridays\, and from 9 a.m. to 12 p.m. on Saturdays. It will be closed on Thanksgiving Day and Sundays. \nIn the past\, the project have helped over 30 families with more than 80 children being served and approximately 55 seniors citizens. \nPlease stop in and enjoy making a child happy on Christmas morning.
